About Us

Hi! Thanks for visiting my site! My name is Emily Post, and I run Post-Pollination Farm in the heart of Green Mountain. We are a micro-farm with a small herd of goats, some chickens, herbs, seasonal veggies, and lots of heart! Sustainability is very important to us, and we re-use and sanitize jars whenever we can, and avoid excess packaging. This keeps the cost low for you, and helps keep the planet healthy. Since we are super tiny (it's just me, helped some by my husband and 3 kids), the best way to learn what we're up to is to follow us on Instagram and Facebook!
